Anti-Corruption Program

Welcome to the overview of Volkswagen Digital Solutions’ Anti-Corruption Program. This initiative is part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency in all our operations.

Legal Framework and Compliance: On December 9, 2021, Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021 established the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism (MENAC) and the general regime for the prevention of corruption (RGPC). As a company operating in Portugal with over 50 employees, VWDS is required to implement an Anti-Corruption Programme, which includes a Plan for the Prevention of Risks of Corruption and Related Infractions (PPR), a code of conduct, a training program, and a whistleblowing channel.

Key Components of the Program:

  • Code of Conduct: Outlines principles, values, and rules for professional ethics.
  • Training Program: Ensures all employees understand and adhere to anti-corruption policies.
  • Whistleblowing Channel: Allows confidential reporting of corruption and related infractions.
  • Regulatory Compliance Officer (RCN): Oversees the implementation and control of the Anti-Corruption Program.

Authority and Reporting: Our Anti-Corruption Program is overseen by the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism (MENAC). We’re committed to regular reporting and compliance with MENAC’s guidelines to ensure transparency and accountability in all our operations.

At Volkswagen Digital Solutions, we believe that a robust Anti-Corruption Program is essential for fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. We’re dedicated to upholding these principles and ensuring that our operations remain transparent and ethical.
